MEET THE TRAINER

Dominique Edomwande

Head Trainer & Sports Performance Coach

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, I bring over seven years of fitness training experience to B.L.U.E 21 Training. I’m certified by NASM as a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), Functional Movement Specialist (FMS), and Precision Nutrition (PN1). My expertise extends to working with both general fitness clients and athletes, helping them achieve their goals through weight loss, speed development, vertical training, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.

My approach to training goes beyond just fitness. I’m here to instill confidence, self-love, and resilience within each of my clients. I’m not just your trainer; I’m someone you can trust and rely on through every step of your journey. I believe in the process, understanding that Rome wasn’t built overnight. With a fun and goofy personality, paired with a wealth of knowledge and experience, I’m committed to making your fitness experience effective and enjoyable!
